Our Favourite Rosé of the Season

Summer means rosé, and it's one of our most popular drinks at this time of year. Our favourite right now is the Augustine Provence Rosé, France 2024, an aromatic wine with flavours of tropical fruit, red berries, and lime zest, plus subtle hints of cubeb pepper.

We recommend pairing it with something light and fresh, like our salt-baked beetroots with whipped sheep's curd, walnuts, and citrus, or our open Isle of Wight tomato sandwich topped with ricotta and smoked almonds. Whether you're here for a relaxed lunch or a leisurely evening, a glass of rosé is the perfect companion.
